I am trying to connect to the network with vPilot, but it will not let me connect. I am getting Authentication error: User not found. I have double checked my login credentials and everything is correct. I can login to the vatsim website just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hi Michael, and welcome back! That’s a strange one indeed. Everything looks fine on your account. You changed your password twice in December. Are you sure you’re using your password changed 14 Dec and the website isn’t retaining a login cookie or something like that (Tech guys may be cringing; I’m not sure our website does that, just grasping at straws LOL…) Are you really sure you didn’t transpose any numbers in the CID field (you’d be surprised how many folks accidentally do that!)?
