Hello I have been on vatsim for awhile. I recently completed the Instrumentation tests on the vatsim learning center. How do I get my pilot rating to show up on things like vatspy?

Hi and welcome. That is feed from VATSIM side of the server. You need to gain the qualification from a Vatsim Approved Training Organisation and they have the authority to update the system data. It can take a while for it to push out once they do it I believe.
