I cannot logon to the VATSIM dashboard this morning. Says time out on Cloud.

Seems to be a temporary issue, you are not the only one. According to the VATSIM Discord, the team is aware of it and waiting for a fix (seems to be hosting issue).

VATSIM’s provider has a global data outage. You can always follow the status of the VATSIM servers here:
