This is a question regarding the flight plan form on VATSIM website. While it mostly complies with the ICAO format, it’s missing the DEP/ and DEST/ indicators in the other information field (item 18).
These you would use if you departed or landed at an aerodrome that didn’t have an ICAO designator, filing ZZZZ as the departure/destination aerodrome and then specifying the location after DEP/ and/or DEST/. Useful for those who fly helicopters or have created their own private airstrip somewhere, like I have.
Would there be a possibility to add these to the flight plan form?
