The MENA Division Director and Membership Director welcome applications for the position of Deputy Membership Director (VATMENA51)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in answering support queries with the VATMENA Helpdesk
- Maintaining the VATMENA membership database
- Assisting with quarterly divisional report creation
- Work alongside the divisional ATC training team and other departments when required
- Assisting with quarterly divisional report creation
- Any other tasks assigned by the Division Director or Membership Director
The preferred candidate will have:
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of VATSIM policies in addition to VATMENA Divisional policies
- Good communication, administrative and team work skills
- Motivation to contribute to the improvement of the overall standard of the VATMENA division
The successful candidate must:
- Have been an active member in the MENA division for at least 3 months
- Hold a VATSIM ATC rating of Tower Controller (S2) or higher
- Have the ability to answer emails and support tickets on a (near) daily basis
- Be able to dedicate an average of 30 minutes per day to the role
