vATIS: offline configuration testing

I’ve been working on a vATIS config for my subdivision as a backup, but have not found any way to even get the resulting test atis without connecting to the network.

I understand that offline voice testing may be hard, but am I missing a way to check the resulting test output?

This is not currently possible, but I intend to add a sandbox testing feature in a future update.

@1472479 the latest beta includes offline testing functionality.
