VATSIM South America (VATSUR) is looking for individuals who are willing to join the training team of the VATSUR ATO as Flight Instructors.
The requirements to apply for this position are:
- Having at least a VATSIM Instrument Rating (P2).
- Having real world flying experience (this is desirable, but not mandatory).
- Having a controller rating (this is desirable, but not mandatory).
- Having enough availability to comply with all of the responsibilities of the position and training students.
- Being proactive and motivated.
- Being able to fluently speak, read, listen and read the Spanish language.
- Being on good terms with VATSIM and VATSUR.
- Being able to work in a team.
All applications must be sent to vatsur7@vatsur.org and must have the following information:
- Full Name.
- VATSIM CID.
- ATC Rating.
- Pilot Rating.
- Experience in VATSIM (as ATC, instructor or staff member), and any experience outside of VATSIM which you may think will be useful for the role.
Applications will be received until August 31st, 2359z. All applications sent outside of this timeframe will not be considered valid and will be automatically rejected. All applicants will receive an email to begin the selection process.
VATSIM Sudamérica (VATSUR) está buscando personas que estén dispuestas a unirse al equipo de entrenamiento del ATO de VATSUR como Instructores de Vuelo.
Los requisitos para postular a esta posición son los siguientes:
- Tener una habilitación de piloto de al menos Habilitación de instrumentos (P2).
- Tener experiencia de vuelo en el mundo real (esto es deseable, pero no obligatorio).
- Tener un rango de controlador (esto es deseable, pero no obligatorio).
- Contar con amplia disponibilidad para cumplir con todas las funciones del cargo.
- Ser proactivo y motivado.
- Ser capaz de hablar, leer, escuchar y escribir en español con fluidez.
- Estar al día con VATSIM y VATSUR
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Disponibilidad horaria para dar instrucción.

- Nombre completo.
- CID de VATSIM.
- Rango ATC.
- Rango de piloto.
- Experiencia en VATSIM (como ATC, instructor, o miembro de staff), asi como cualquier experiencia en el mundo real que sea relevante al cargo.
Las postulaciones serán recibidas hasta el dia 31 de agosto a las 2359z. Todas las postulaciones recibidas fuera de este periodo no serán tomadas como válidas y serán rechazadas automáticamente. Los postulantes recibirán un correo para dar inicio al seguimiento de su proceso.
