VATMEX is currently undergoing a significant overhaul in response to community feedback. We are currently recruiting to fill the position of Events & Marketing Manager. This is a senior staff position, and reports to the Division Director (VATMEX1).
About the Role
Love organizing and promoting? As Events & Marketing Director, you’ll lead VATMEX’s outreach, bringing exciting events to life and spreading the word about our community.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and run VATSIM events both locally and with neighboring facilities.
- Create marketing content and campaigns.
- Engage with the VATMEX community and beyond.
- Supervise the Events and Marketing team.
- Represent the Division on marketing related meetings or events.
- Report on event success and participation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in event management or marketing.
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English a must.
- Home controller on VATMEX or willing to relocate.
