VATSIM Paraguay is now seeking candidates for the following position:
MARKETING AND EVENTS MANAGER - ACCPY4
Position responsibilities:
The role of MARKETING AND EVENTS MANAGER AT VACC Paraguay involves supervising events, creating partnerships with other divisions and regions, in addition to being responsible for social communications in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise vACC events.
- Ensure adherence to standards established by VATSIM, the vACC and the division.
- Create events for vACC.
- Create partnerships with other VATSIM regions and divisions.
- Perform other duties assigned by the vACC Director.
Minimum requirements:
To be considered for this position, the candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of subdivisional, divisional, and VATSIM policies, including the Global Classification Policy.
- Good knowledge of vACC region operational procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Spanish and/or English. (Writing mostly!)
- Active and in good standing with VATSIM.
- Have a minimum classification of Observer (OBS) or pilot.
- Member of VATSIM Division VATSUR or vACC Paraguay, or willing to transfer if selected for the position.
- Availability to dedicate a minimum of 7 hours per week to activities.
- Able to commit to the position for a minimum of 1 year.
