FLIGHT TRAINING MANAGER - ACCPY5
Position responsibilities:
The role of FLIGHT TRAINING MANAGER AT VACC Paraguay involves supervising training and instructing new pilots in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create training manuals for pilots.
- Ensure compliance with standards established by VATSIM, the vACC and the division.
- Conduct pilot exams for vACC.
- Perform other duties assigned by the vACC Director.
Minimum requirements:
To be considered for this position, the candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of subdivisional, divisional, and VATSIM policies, including the Global Classification Policy.
- Good knowledge of vACC region operational procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Spanish and/or English. (Writing mostly!)
- Active and in good standing with VATSIM.
- Have a minimum classification of pilot (PPL).
- Member of VATSIM Division VATSUR or vACC Paraguay, or willing to transfer if selected for the position.
- Availability to dedicate a minimum of 7 hours per week to activities.
- Able to commit to the position for a minimum of 1 year.
