Singapore vACC, part of the VATSEA Division, is now accepting applications for the role of Deputy Public Relations Director (ACCSGP7A).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the PR Director and Events Director on planning, organising, and promoting events with external Divisions/vACCs.
- Assist in managing communication with SINvACC Marketing, including but not limited to promotional materials.
- Help oversee public-facing areas such as but not limited to SINvACC Discord.
- Support the handling of member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior staff on maintaining and strengthening the vACC’s public image together with the PR Director.
- Assist in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the impact of PR campaigns and community engagement activities.
- Contribute to adjusting PR strategies based on observed outcomes and feedback.
- Draft and prepare announcements, graphics, and promotional content as needed.
Requirements:
- Singapore vACC Resident Controller.
- A member of VATSIM for at least 12 months at the time of application.
- No adverse record under VATSIM and Singapore vACC for at least 6 months.
- Hold a minimum VATSIM controller rating of S1 and at least 50 controlling hours.
- Good command of English Language, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of GDPR and the Global Controller Administration Policy (GCAP).
- Ability to commit daily time to fulfil the duties of the role.
