INTRO
The VATSIM Caribbean Division is searching for a Chief Flight instructor. As we prepare to open a pilot training program we are seeking experienced individuals with the motivation, determination, vision, and drive to help develop a new training platform. The Caribbean team strives to provide high quality training for our community. Check out the requirements below to get started.
REQUIREMENTS
• Have verifiable real-world flight experience.
• Have a minimum of two years VATSIM membership in good standing.
• Hold a VATSIM P3 pilot rating.
• Have good knowledge of the VATSIM Code of Conduct and Code of Regulations.
• Have proven ability in the management of a small group of people.
• Own a legal flight simulator client (MSFS, XPLANE, P3D, FSX).
DUTIES
• Develop, deploy, and manage the “Pilot Training Syllabus”.
• Recruit, train, and supervise pilot training staff.
• Enforce VATSIM & VATCAR training standards.
• Maintain student training records and certification.
• Conduct periodic quality assurance audits and reviews.
