Maybe this will help? Not sure what a “N or KN edition” is, and if Windows 11 has similar editions, but if your version doesn’t have “media foundation APIs”, maybe that’s the issue?

- This happens when using Windows 10 N or KN editions (for example on Parallels) because they do not contain the media foundation APIs. Download and install Media Feature Pack list for Windows N editions - Microsoft Support to resolve the issue.
