Unable to log in vPilot to system

Hi, I have passed the exam, logged in before, now I am having connection issues.

Fist error when I try to connect, inform me that I need to file a flight plan.
When I go to flight plan and try and submit I get the error not connected to a network.
This is circular. I have put the correct reference and password, and I have been on the system longer than a month. Please help.

A flight needs to be loaded in order to connect and file a flight plan. You can’t be on a menu screen where you can select options (e.g. aircraft, location, etc.) prior to connecting.

Thanks, feel really dumb, all working now

No need to feel dumb! No one is 100% brilliant, especially early on. We’re all learning, every day!
