Try to become Dutch VACC member

Hello,

During the first time I got into VATSIM I was living in Brazil, now I have moved back to the Netherlands and have been able to change my region in my VATSIM acount. But I cant change my country at this site: https://members.vateud.net/.

Does anybody knows how to fix this stuff?
