SWA Converts Some b737-Max-7 to Orders of b737-Max-8

so my questioin about SWA converting 737-MAX 7 to MAX 8 orders is what is the difference between the 737-MAX 7 and the 737-MAX 8, and what made Southwest make the change if anyone knows?
