Stuttering and Disconnects are back

I had previously posted this topic:

Reinstalling the graphics card and associated audio drivers with nvidia seemed to solve it… for a little while.

Looks like I am not the only one. I refuse to believe my computer doesn’t have the CPU power. I only have this problem with my new (much better) computer.

This weekend the stuttering and disconnects are back with a vengeance.

What is going on???

I have done some experiments.
Nothing works… Except…

Tethering internet from my 4G mobile completely cured all stuttering and drop outs.

Which means the root of my problem lies with my internet. My iSP had CGNAT turned on. I tried turning it off but the internet now doesn’t work. I’ll raise with ISP support.
