I don’t know if this topic already exists, I’m new to Vatsim, can anyone tell me why SimAwere real time is always out of service, or in louding. we cannot see the flight in real time.

Check this Reddit post for more info on the current state of SimAware.
Generally speaking, SimAware has essentially been replaced by VATSIM Radar, though it doesn’t have integration of VATGlasses data yet, so until then you should definitely use VATGlasses in applicable areas.
