Hello, I have reproduced issues with the simaware map and submitted reports on the GitHub but there has been no progress resolving the issue for almost 9 months.
The most-active developer has now posted a ‘farewell’ message (thank you for your work, maiuswong!)
I just want to note here the simaware map has some show-stopping issues like an anti-meridian bug making pacific flights disappear, any help on the GitHub to fix these bugs would be welcome!
Sadly, Maius has run into some personal health issues that preclude him from carrying forward on this project at this time.
However, luckily for the community, another development team spun up a similar product.
map.vatsim.net now points to the new product.

This map has the same anti-meridian bug, it can not be centred at 180, and uses an older airac than vattastic even? :-/
I’ll submit an issue on the GitHub, there is a fix upstream in Leaflet, thank you and get well soon to Maius!
Unfortunately the anti-meridian bug was closed with the tag ‘wontfix’
Until the anti-meridian bug is fixed it’s not that useful for flying in the Pacific. The map is stuck on Europe, and can not be panned to see planes in the Pacific correctly.
