Sim brief and flight plans

when i have completed my sim brief details, how do i export it to appear in the v pilot flight plan window? thank you

I prefile on VATSIM, then connect and Download into client.

When you file is completed in Sim Brief, then go to Prefile on the top, prifile to vatsim, then you will get a new page with the flightplan, look it through, scroll down to the bottom og the shown flightplan and press the green button File Flightplan and everthing is in order
