Sending FSLTL Liveries

The Va’s received an email with instructions for us to send and they function as a correct visualization of the aircraft in VATSIM in MSFS2020. I am trying to send the FSLTL via Ticket as instructed by VATSIM, however the site is blocking due to having the FSLTL file attached. Can any staff help me?
