What are these numbers in the orange box? Im assuming the second to last number is the course between the 2 fixes and the bottom most number is the distance, but what are the other two?

The first number (15000) is the MEA - Minimum Enroute Altitude. The second number (*7100) is the MOCA - Minimum Obstruction Clearence Altitude.
