My family has used vatsim for a long time and i recently got into vatsim and msfs and i tried to make a new account and i get suspended immediately and i know your not supposed to make multiple accounts but i didn’t know that till reading the forums and i now know that they were in the new member stuff i would really like to fly in vatsim so if anybody from vatsim could help me maybe by deleting all of my accounts and let me use a new one. I also never got a email after i got suspended.
Create a support ticket at VATSIM Support. Help topic should be “General support/Account support”. The membership department will be taking care of your request.
