Hello. I would like to know, whether any division (preferebly under vateud) is in a position to offer s1/2 endorsment without having to wait for months.
I also find the self study requirements way too low, which explains the intensive mentor capacity required per trainee.

Are there certain vACCs you want to control in? If so, I’d choose those for your own longevity, and enjoy flight simulation in the meantime.
Fast ratings aren’t something you should strive for. Find somewhere interesting to control, and embrace the process - it’ll make life easier for you later.
