I have reinstalled Euroscope and now when i start the main session, all looks fine but ewhen i start the secondary and third sessions i get a popup saying “Callsign is empty”.
I only log in using the first main session.
Any ideas why i am seeing this and what i can do to remove it?
Save your profile (with the login data + last station used, so enter that first/connect) once before you start the second instance. This is caused by the second instance trying to connect to the first one with the callsign empty (as it doesn’t know which callsign to use, since the most recently used callsign is empty, as the profile hasn’t been saved yet in the primary instance.
Problem solved. Got some help from another friend as well.
The issue was that for “Select connection mode” in the secondary and third sessions, i had “Connect to VATSIM” instead of “To VATSIM via proxy”.
I changed it and for “Callsign”, “Real name” and “Certificate” i just filled in qwerty. I saved it as you suggested and now it works fine
To prevent issues with the second instance not knowing which callsign to use, ensure that you save your profile (including login data and last station used) in the first instance before opening the second. This will ensure the callsign is set and avoid confusion.
