I registered yesterday at 16:02:13 and also passed the exam 2-3 hours later. But I’m still not activated. What can be the reason?

You passed the exam five hours and twenty minutes after registering. Your account was activated that second.

It usually takes a few seconds. Occasionally up to a few minutes. And very rarely a bit more.
You passed the test at 0901Z, and your account was activated a few seconds later.
