How to Join Europe Division (VATEUD)?

According to my VATSIM Profile I am in the Region “Europe, Middle East and Africa”,
but in no Division.
I clicked on the Europe Division link, but on their website I can not figure out how to join
that Division.
Long story short, like the topic said.

Division | Europe (except UK)
