Hi, can I use this mod for MSFS 2020 and using VATSIM (vPilot)? Is it safe to use and I won’t get banned from using it?

You are safe to use MSFS frame generation mod on VATSIM, it only increases the frame rate you see in your sim, it does not effect the sim rate while on VATSIM, besides there is no way VATSIM would know if you are using it or not anyway.
