Flight Plan belongs to someone else

Dear Board of Governors…Trying to file flight plan says flight plan found but belong to someone else. I have only one account and have not filed a flight plan before. Please advise. Regards

This means someone else is connected under the same callsign, just file the flightplan under. A different callsign

I was also struggling with this message and didn’t understand it.
Can you please make the message clearer. Something like “Call Sign is already in use - pls file under different Call sign”.

There is a difference though between.

Callsign in use - Someone is currently logged into the network using that callsign.

Flight plan belongs to someone else - a flight plan with that callsign has been filed, however they are not online yet.

With the second error you can still connect with that callsign still so its technically not in use.
