[Feature Request?] Allow flight plan to be filed by someone else designated by the user

(Idk if this is the correct place to post a feature request, so apologies in advance if this is not. )

I was chatting with my friends about how to make dispatching more realistic in flight sim and one of the things that came to our mind was that it would be so much more realistic if we can allow a dispatcher to file the flight plan for us, so that say if I’m flying on VATSIM with a virtual airline, a dispatcher designated by my company can file the flight plan for me.

Anyone here also interested in this idea & could VATSIM consider this feature request?

How do you see this working? Who would the dispatcher be? Or are you suggesting a program that would do this. Surely that would be something the virtual airline would have to put in place?
