Hello,
Working en-route ZNY, if two pilots step on each other, AFV will stay open and allow me to transmit, but I will no longer receive transmissions. So I must close out AFV (when doing so, it throws the unhandled exception message), and restart. This becomes very frustrating, and I’ve noticed it doesn’t happen in the terminal environment. This started happening several weeks ago. If anyone can provide guidance, it’d be great!
