Depends on which pilot client you are using. The client talks to the server.
If your using xPilot or vPilot as your Pilot-client, it is not necessary to assign a livery. The client just get the information from the callsign which Livery should be loaded. If it can’t find any livery that matches the callsign, it just pick a random one.
