Aircraft is not recognized on VATSPY

Hi
I fly XP12 with the latest SWIFT client.
I currently flying the TOLLIS A340.
When I look at VATSPY, my aircraft is not recognized. I can see my rout but nothing in the aircraft type.
Any ideas?

Did you both file your flight plan and connect with aircraft type A346?

Yes I did.
I guess controllers do see my aircrafts as they call me HEAVY on the radio.

Hi Dor,

if this happens, file your flightplan through the VATSIM website and it should be okay. It happens with certain aircraft types (database…).
