Will the minutes of meeting be published or a summary of decisions or similar?

Yes they are, published on vatsim.net. I was more interested in the fact that Tim Barber’s name didn’t appear in the agenda. Has he gone ?

Yes, the Board of Governors meeting minutes can be found at Docs | VATSIM (left menu, under Documents.

Tim’s term is coming to a close, but it hasn’t yet. I’ve edited the agenda to include Tim’s name again.
