I’ve just started observing at ZLA and I’m having a major issue with AFV. Every single transmission is cut off. I can not hear the whole thing. It also has times where it crackles and breaks up and again, I can’t hear what’s being said. It’s also constantly reconnecting. I’m running version 1.10.1 on Win 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
How many frequencies did you have pulled up? I find if you have too many receivers turned on AFV starts bugging out–especially if one of those receivers is a ARTCC-wide frequency.
There have been a few other AFV audio-related forum posts and there may have been other issues going on server-side when you were observing.
I’ve only been listening to one frequency at a time (either approach or center, whomever is online). This has been going on for over a week now, which is when I started observing. I’m not sure what else to do at this point.
I’d like to follow this post. I have had severe stuttering of audio on vpilot for the last couple weeks. I run mfs handsomely on a new pc; baffles me i can’t support vpilot audio. Please see my post about stuttering vpilot in this forum
