Hello! When I verified my email tonight it worked and so I tried to log in and start my new member orientation. When I logged in it said “Account is suspended please contact support.” and right now i do not know what to do. I do think it maybe cause of my name as i put an alias name instead of my real name. Please help me as im still new to VATSIM

That might very well be the reason.
You will have to get in touch with membership by opening a ticket at https://support.vatsim.net/
And, let me tease you gently just a little bit…
After reading at least 5 times during the registration process, including acknowledging that you understood our requirements for registration and membership, that you had to register with your correct name, why did you think you didn’t have to?
