Attention all aviation enthusiasts! Mark your calendars for June 10th, 2023, as VATSIM Nepal vACC is proud to announce our upcoming event. This event is set to showcase some of Nepal’s unexplored domestic airports with full ATC, and we want you to be a part of it!
The event will kick off from Tribhuvan International Airport (VNKT), and our final destination will be decided based on voting by our pilots. This means that you, the pilots, get to choose where we go! It’s a fantastic opportunity to explore some of the most beautiful, remote airports in Nepal.
But that’s not all! In the lead-up to the event, we’ll be uploading short videos to YouTube showcasing the procedures of each airport. This means that you’ll have everything you need to make a smooth, safe landing at each destination.
So, whether you’re a seasoned pilot or just starting your flying career, this event is not to be missed! Come and join us as we promote the stunning domestic airports of Nepal with full ATC support. Get ready for an unforgettable adventure on June 10th, 2023!
Airport voting for the event Nepal Overload is now open! Please vote for your top three preferred airports for the event. Voting will be open until April 20, 2023, with the possibility of an extension if necessary.

Stay tuned for Pilot Slot booking which is expected to be released by the end of May or early June. Until then you can expect videos on briefing of 3 arrival airports by either a documentation or via YouTube Video. Make sure to invite all your friends in this fun filled event.
As we are close to our major event “Nepal Overload”, we are looking for controllers to submit their application of interest via the google form link below.
Both Resident and Visiting controllers can apply in this event. We need you and your skills now more than ever!
If you are not yet an visiting controller you can also apply from this form for the event which will ultimately grant you Visiting controller rights with further familiarization session after event! consider this as Bonus.
We will get in contact with everyone who submitted their application before 7th June 2023.
