Wondering how to vote? Simply head to the website, log in with VATSIM Connect, and use the top navigation bar to find âAirfield Voting.â Once there, youâll encounter arrival categories A, B, and C following the general departures category. Members should specify their top three preferences for departure and arrival times in each category. At the conclusion of the voting period, the Single Transferable Vote (STV) mechanism will be employed to tally the votes.

Booking Confirmation System
Pilots must confirm their booking between Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 15:00 UTC until Friday, February 9, 2024, at 21:00 UTC using the same procedure we implemented in the last edition. Your slot will be given to anyone wishing to make a last-minute booking for the event if the slot has not been confirmed by the member that has booked. Several announcements will be made on our social media platforms and our Discord to remind you to confirm your slot.
Pilot Briefings
Last but not least, we are working hard with the airports that are participating in the departure and arrival phases to deliver the pilot briefings to you 24 to 48 hours prior to the event.
