Meh, anyone can consider anything a “disruption” if they want to… But is it really? I typically only use one livery on the network, that of a US carrier… So is it “disruptive” if someone sees me in a 737 in that livery in Europe?
There’s a difference between what actually affects you, vs what you see. If someone is causing an RA, sure, that’s disruptive. But if it’s just transiting your ND 40 miles away… Nah.
