Vpilot error 10060

Hello.
Does anybody meet with this problem? Dont shows a “controllers in range” (or 1 of 100 times of reconnect, and only one of all channels). And after ~30 seconds disconnect with fault.

Internet is good (~100mb\sec)
Problem began after reinstall vpilot after last update.

Hello, Don.

The problem appeared with “nothing”. I didnt change any wifi or router settings, it just stopped working one day after installing the latest update.

And also.
When i turn on VPN, vpilot shows this fault all tne time(show fault → 30 sec → shoa again), while i dont turns off VPN.
If i turn off shows “10060 fail”

Have you rebooted your router? I am reasonably certain, based on the change log, there were no associated changes in the most recent vPilot update. Other than that, I’m afraid I don’t have any ideas. Good luck!

Personal experience, it’s sometimes just a wonky internet connection that is out of our control, caused by your ISP. Just gotta ride it out, or give them a call to see if they can reset anything on their end for your connection (my ISP usually remotely resets my physical port in their hub) and I’d have no further issues connecting. Hope this helps!

The same issure. Nothing help. Why such problem appears so often? May the be problem is in Vatsim servers software ?

Same error here. Just disconnects after approx 30 seconds. Nothing helps, resetting router, vpn on and off.

This must be something on the Russian ISP provider. Sick and tired of everything being blocked here.

This thread highlights the same issue, where Don has offered the explanation behind the science of how the software works. Hope it helps!

Just to be clear, if you are connecting from Russia, you will have this error. Connecting using a UDP vpn connection connects vpilot.
