VATEUD vACC Director - Bulgaria
Responsible to: VATEUD Division Director
Responsible for: vACC Staff Team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day running of the vACC.
- Be responsible for ATC training in the vACC.
- Be responsible for events in the vACC.
- Be responsible for member induction and retention in the vACC.
- Be responsible for the production and maintenance of procedures, documentation and sector files.
- Stand as a contact point between the vACC staff team as a whole and the VATEUD board.
- Delegation of certain responsibilities to vACC staff members.
The ideal candidate:
- Must be a member in good standing with the network
- Must hold a C1 rating. Exceptions can be made by the VATEUD Division Director for members holding a rating not lower than S3.
- Must show awareness of Air Traffic Control operations.
- Is expected to be able to commit at least 4-5 hours per week to this role.
- Would have previous staff roles or other experience/awareness of management aspects.
- Would have the ability to communicate clearly through different mediums to different people of different cultures.
- Would be fluent in written and spoken English and local language.
