The Arabian vACC is now seeking candidates for the following position:
Arabian Marketing Team Member – ARBMRKT
Position Duties
The Arabian vACC Marketing Team Member is responsible for assisting the events & marketing director in managing the socials and handling marketing in general.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and publishing vACC announcements based on requests from intra-vACC teams and departments within 24–48 hours.
- Maintaining an active and professional social media presence for the vACC across approved platforms.
- Designing and delivering promotional banners and graphics upon request from other departments within 48–72 hours.
- Tracking and logging marketing performance metrics, including views, clicks, and engagement statistics.
- Completing additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Director or Team Lead.
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this position, the candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Membership in VATSIM Middle East and North Africa Division & Arabian vACC.
- Hold a minimum rating of Developing Controller (S1) or Private Private License (P1).
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of subdivisional, divisional and VATSIM Policies such as the Code of Conduct/Regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
- Skilled in image editing software (e.g., Photoshop, GIMP, Canva).
- Ability to create visually appealing banners, posts, and media.
- Strong understanding of social media engagement and marketing strategies.
- Active and in good standing with VATSIM.
- Availability to dedicate a minimum of 3-5 hours per week towards marketing.
- Able to commit to the position for a minimum term of 6 months.

- Marketing Team Lead – Arabian vACC [ARBMRKT1]
