To ensure audits run smoothly and your status remains in good standing, please:
Monitor your inbox for any messages from Audit Managers or the VA Department.- Check your spam/junk folders, as automated or external emails may be filtered there.
- Reply within the requested timeframe noted in the audit email (e.g., document requests, clarifications, or follow-up questions).
- Keep your contact email up to date on myVATSIM so we can reach the correct person.
Timely responses are essential for:
- Completing scheduled audits on time
- Avoiding unnecessary delays or follow-up reminders
- Maintaining your Virtual Airline Partner or Virtual Airline Associate status
