Dear Virtual Airline Partners and Associates,
We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the official VATSIM logo.
Effective immediately, only the updated VATSIM logo featuring the “
” (Trademark) designator in the upper-right corner is permitted for use. All previous versions of the VATSIM logo are now deprecated and should no longer appear on any public materials. Please see the below examples for your reference.
The updated logo files can be downloaded here:
https://vats.im/logo
Available variations include:
- Full color logo (blue, white, and no-tagline versions)
- Black and white versions
Please ensure that all publications, websites, promotional materials, event banners, and social media graphics displaying the VATSIM logo are updated to the new version as soon as possible.
This is a mandatory requirement for all Virtual Airline Partners and Associates.
Failure to update to the new logo version will result in your audit being marked as failed when your organization is reviewed during its scheduled audit cycle. Ensuring proper logo usage helps maintain consistent and professional branding across the VATSIM network.
If you have any questions or require clarification regarding logo use or compliance, please reach out in the VATSIM Virtual Airline Department Discord under the appropriate channel, or contact your assigned Audit Manager after they have reached out to you regarding your upcoming audit.
You may also open a support ticket at support.vatsim.net or reach out directly to me if you require any additional assistance or clarification.
Finally, we would like to sincerely thank you for being part of the VATSIM Virtual Airlines Department Partner Program. Your continued collaboration and dedication to excellence help make this community stronger and more connected.
Thank you for your prompt attention and cooperation in maintaining compliance with this updated standard.
Kind regards,
VATSIM Virtual Airlines Department
