I see, ok, we might just make assumptions, eventually the mistakes seems to be towards the ITM for not speaking english correctly (? passing grade vs actually learning) or just big mistake for other reasons (stress, etc…).
They also missed the clue from Easy Jet reading back the correct one in english so there’s that.
